One of the most important things about becoming vegetarian is knowing what to eat and how much, so you don't become deficient in crucial vitamins in your body. Please thoroughly read the first 2 websites to educate yourself first :) Oh and I still take a multi-vitamin, B-complex, and calcium plus D everyday.
